ZIS has over 40 years of diversified experience working with Multinationals and prestigious Local organizations covering a broad spectrum of managerial activities specializing in Human Resource Management and Development. Prior to joining HR Junction he has been associated with IAMC (Cargo Domestic Airline) as Director Human Resource and Legal Affairs. ZIS has served Eritrean air Line (National Carrier of Eritrea as Director HR, Admin and Legal, Bank-AL- Habib, Bosicor Oil Refinery (Byco Petroleum Pakistan) Dewn Mushtaq Group, ANZ Grindlays Bank (Standard Chartered Bank) Toyota (IMC) Gillette Pakistan, as Head of Human Resource and held Senior Positions in Human Resource /Industrial Relations at Park Davis, Pakistan (Pfizer) Merck Sharp & Dhome Pakistan (MSD) and Singer Pakistan Limited.
Zulfiqar is a recognized professional having over 30 years rich and diverse experience in Human Resources Management, Administration & Real Estate. He had been associated with leading multinational & homegrown organizations such as K-Electric, Bosicor Oil Refinery, Sara Lee Kiwi-Pakistan, Avari Towers, Standard Chartered Grindlays Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Indus Motor Company-Toyota, CIBA-GEIGY Pakistan (Currently Novartis Pakistan) and Domestic Appliances Limited (a public sector company) and held various middle and senior management positions. SZA is a commerce and Law graduate from University of Karachi and attended several courses and seminars locally and internationally. Zulfiqar has also been awarded the top “ANZ RECOGNITION AWARD” in acknowledgement of his excellent performance evaluated during the tenure of his services with ANZ Grindlays Bank Pakistan.
Ghaus is a seasoned Banking Professional, having rich banking experience of over 30 years with both national & international entities. Ghaus has held various senior positions at Zarai Taraqiati Bank, Samba Bank, KASB Bank, Oman International Bank and ANZ Grindlays Bank. His main stay has been with ANZ Grindlays Bank during which he has handled different assignments at various management levels in Operations, Credit, Planning / Budgeting, compliance & Internal Audit. He graduated from University of Punjab and had an excellent academic record.
Huma has a Master’s degree in Education with specialization in Distance and Non formal Education and has significant experience in educational discipline with combined and diversified proficiency in Human Resource Management that include recruitment, organization development, Compensation & Benefits, Remuneration Surveys, performance management, developing policies, systems and procedures. Huma has over 13 years of varied experience and prior to joining HR Junction she has been associated with reputed educational institutions and various local and multinational corporate entities.
Ali is a seasoned Lawyer of the High Court with an extensive experience over 25 years. He has been associated with ANZ Grindlays Bank, Pakistan for 20 years as Head of Legal. Presently he is in the legal practice and owns a law firm in the name of Ghulam Ali & Company and deals in Corporate, Commercial, Banking, Civil and Property laws.
